Cancelling Services

Many people forget to cancel their services when they make a move, as a result they end up having to pay for utilities and other services that they are no longer using. Make a checklist of all the services that need cancelling, give notice in good time to ensure that the services will be stopped on the correct date. It’s always best to do the cancellation in writing and get a signature to ensure that the utility company or other service have the notification on time.
